چکیده
Myocardial injury is common in patients with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). Among COVID-19 related myocardial injuries, etiology may vary, including myocarditis, infarct, sepsis-associated injury, and/or stress-induced cardiomyopathy. More data from prospective cohorts and case series are needed to understand the exact mechanism of associated injuries. It clinically suspected that myocarditis cause injury. However, has a heterogeneous clinical presentation tends be underdiagnosed critically ill patients. Due potential rapid deterioration patient’s condition, it imperative recognize as sequel COVID-19, multidisciplinary team should formed for managing all myocarditis. Further studies better relationship between COVID-19.

Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome–associated Coronavirus Infection
Whether severe acute respiratory syndrome-associated coronavirus (SARS-CoV) infection can be asymptomatic is unclear. We examined the seroprevalence of SARS-CoV among 674 healthcare workers from a hospital in which a SARS outbreak had occurred. A total of 353 (52%) experienced mild self-limiting illnesses, and 321 (48%) were asymptomatic throughout the course of these observations. None of thes...

Efforts to contain severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) have been limited by the lack of a standardized, sensitive, and specific test for SARS-associated coronavirus (CoV). We used a standardized reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction assay to detect SARS-CoV in lung samples obtained from well-characterized patients who died of SARS and from those who died of other reasons. SARS-Co...

total of 1,732 cases were confirmed; 381 case-patients were healthcare workers and medical students. Clinical features, treatment protocols, and outcomes have been previously reported by various local experts (1–3). The etiologic agent is a SARS-associated coronavirus (SARS-CoV) (1). However, no asymptomatic case of SARS-CoV infection has been previously reported (4). In addition, in Hong Kong,...
متن کاملA novel coronavirus associated with severe acute respiratory syndrome.
BACKGROUND A worldwide outbreak of severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) has been associated with exposures originating from a single ill health care worker from Guangdong Province, China. We conducted studies to identify the etiologic agent of this outbreak. METHODS We received clinical specimens from patients in seven countries and tested them, using virus-isolation techniques, electron-...
متن کاملCoronavirus in severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS).
In November 2002, an outbreak of a life-threatening ‘atypical pneumonia’ for which no etiological agent could be identified occurred in Guangdong Province, China. In March 2003, a similar outbreak was reported in Hong Kong [1]. Cases of similar respiratory illness were subsequently reported globally including China, Taiwan, Singapore, Vietnam, Canada and USA. This syndrome is a new clinical ent...
